Serves as a Quasi-judicial board appointed by the Commissioners. Hears appeals, variances and interpretations of various Lincoln County Ordinances. It may also grant Special Use Permits or Variances.
Appeals from decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be made only to Superior Court.
MEETS The 4th Monday of each month (as needed) @ 6:30pm in the Board of Commissioners Room at the Administration Building, 353 N. Generals Blvd., Lincolnton, NC
Members shall serve a term of 3 years. No member may serve more than 2 consecutive terms.
