Serves as a Quasi-judicial board appointed by the Commissioners. Hears appeals, variances and interpretations of various Lincoln County Ordinances. It may also grant Special Use Permits or Variances.

MEETS :The 4th Monday of each month (as needed) @ 6:30pm in the Board of Commissioners Room at the Administration Building, 353 N. Generals Blvd., Lincolnton, NC
