Lincoln County Register of Deeds, in partnership with the current software vendor Courthouse Computer Systems, is now providing a Fraud Detection Notification service to the property owners of Lincoln County.
Registered users will be alerted via email when any transactions are recorded in the Register of Deeds office matching the name(s) enrolled with the free service.
To enroll in this service at no cost, simply access the Lincoln County Register of Deeds website www.lincolnrod.com and click on “Fraud Detection Notification.” The site asks citizens to enter their name and email and up to five names for the system to monitor for document filings.
