If you need to make a payment, please visit our payment office located at 115 West Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092. You must bring a copy of your utility bill to the payment office. Please be advised that staff will be unable to process your payment without a bill copy.
Special Note: Customers will not be charged for any late fees incurred during the system maintenance period.
