Lincoln County has declared a State of Emergency effective at 5:30 pm, Saturday, January 24, 2026 due to the impending severe impacts from the projected winter storm.
The declaration is in preparation for the anticipated winter storm. This will allow the County to activate additional resources and will also support our surrounding counties.
