Wellness
- WW® (formerly known as Weight Watchers®) vouchers for 10 weeks of classes and 14 weeks of online tools for members ages 13 and up to use for 6-12 months if they qualify.
- $30 quarterly per member for over-the-counter (OTC) items not covered by the Medicaid Preferred Drug List (PDL).
- Up to $75 Healthy Rewards yearly for members who complete healthy behaviors such as checkups.
- $20 monthly voucher for 6 months to buy foods on the “Great For You” list at Walmart, for members who qualify.
- Free YMCA membership for members 18 and up who qualify and are at risk for diabetes or hypertension (high blood pressure).
Youth
- $75 per year value for child after school sports/activities or youth club memberships (Boys & Girls Club or similar) for members ages 6-18.
Education
- $75 per year value for child education support including school supplies and online tutoring for members enrolled in grades Pre-K through 12.
- GED package including study materials and exam voucher.
Asthma
- Room to Breathe program with home visits, home assessment, asthma supplies and education for members under age 16 with asthma.
Pregnancy
- Up to $100 per year value for new mothers including car seat, diapers, diaper bag, breast pump and home visits for high-risk pregnancies.
Phone program
- Connections Plus® cellphone with free calls and texts for members who qualify.
- SafeLink wireless services with cell phone, 250 monthly minutes, and free calls and texts to and from the health plan, for members who qualify.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) recovery
- Social support network of peers and caregivers, with GPS locator, reminders, recovery tracking and more, for members ages 21 and up who qualify.
Behavioral health
- MyStrength Program with peer support tool for mental health needs for members who qualify.
