The Board of Adjustment is composed of seven members, each appointed at large. Of the seven members five serve all full time representatives and two are alternates. The Board of Adjustment has final authority on variances and administrative appeals.

The regular meeting time of the Board of Adjustment is the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Lincoln County Administration Building. The 2023 meeting schedule and application deadline dates are available here.
