Post Overdose Response Team (PORT)
The Lincoln County Post-Overdose Response Team (PORT) provides outreach, education, and timely support to individuals who have recently overdosed. The Certified Peer Support Specialist will help individuals navigate resources as it relates to substance use emergencies, relapse, recovery, and other concerns needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle. PORT will begin accepting referrals as of November 14th, 2025!
