Please note: Deed Books 23 through 47 on the internet contain index pages at the beginning of the book. Due to this, the numbering configuration of the pages is off. If the page number you are searching does not appear, you will need to page forward or back to view that page number by using the arrows in the dark gray boxes above the document image.

Note: Plat Book A1 has pages numbered 1 through 69. Plat Book A has pages numbered 70 through 245. Due to inconsistencies with the page numbering, the numbering configuration of the pages is off on the county website. If the image of the page number you are searching does not appear you'll need to use the arrows to scroll backward or forward to locate the document you are searching by using the arrows in the dark gray boxes above the document image.

Note: The assigned page numbers in some of the older Deed Book does not follow in sequential order. Due to this the numbering configuration of the pages on the internet is also off. If the page number your are searching does not appear, you will need to page forward or back to view the page you're searching by using the arrows in the dark gray boxes above the document image.

To use the Tax Administration and Register of Deeds Land Records inquiry systems, a Seagull Software Systems Java Applet will need to be downloaded at no cost from the County's web site. The first time you access the system, you will be prompted to install this plug-in. Be sure to answer YES to install when asked to do so. This will only need to be done once and depending on your internet connection may take a few minutes, so please be patient.

Also, a plug-in image viewer is also required to display the Land Records Document Images. Click the link to the AlternaTIFF viewer and follow the instructions at the web site to install. Other .TIF viewer may also work, but have not been thoroughly tested.
